Order Status
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  For orders you are currently working on, quantities and items can be changed at any time. Simply click View Cart in the upper right-hand corner and modify the quantities as needed.

To create an order that you'd like to modify at a later date, you must first established a site account. Once this account has been established, you can edit any saved orders by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand corner of the page. Next, click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

Please note that orders submitted for processing cannot be edited.

Has my order shipped and how do I track it?
  Orders can be tracked via a handful of methods, where some methods require an established account within the site.

To track an order without having created a site account, you can:
1. Review the status e-mail messages that will be sent when an order is received and shipped. Status message related
to shipping will contain respective package tracking information (when applicable).

  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
