Warranty Information

Bird Cronin, Inc. (Bird & Cronin) warrants to the original purchaser that each Bird & Cronin product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period shown below.

If a product is determined to be defective and covered by this warranty, Bird & Cronin will replace it with the same product or a substantially equivalent product at its discretion.

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the product’s original shipment date.

All soft goods 6 months
Rigid bracing 6 months

A replacement or repair provided under warranty does not restart or extend the original warranty period.

Warranty Eligibility

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser when the product was purchased directly from Bird & Cronin or an authorized Bird & Cronin dealer.

Proof of purchase may be required before a warranty claim is approved.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Normal deterioration of materials or components

  • Alterations or unauthorized modifications

  • Accidents

  • Neglect

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Failure to use the product according to its Instructions for Use

  • Damage occurring after delivery

  • Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance

  • Lost or stolen products

The warranty does not cover shipping damage involving a freight carrier selected by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for applicable freight charges and for submitting damage claims directly to the selected carrier.

Warranty Claims and Return Authorization

Bird & Cronin reserves the right to inspect and evaluate any allegedly defective product before approving a warranty replacement.

All warranty returns require prior written approval and an issued Return Material Authorization number (RMA).

Do not return a product without first obtaining an RMA. Returns received without an RMA will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

Please provide your order or invoice number, product item number, a description of the claimed defect, and photographs when requested.

If the claim is approved, we will provide an RMA number and instructions explaining where and how to return the product.

This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
