Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Custom, personalized, backordered, and special-order products may require additional processing time. If an item requires an extended lead time, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping Rates

For orders shipped within the contiguous United States:

• Orders under $100: $12 standard shipping
• Orders of $100 or more: Free standard shipping

The order threshold is calculated before applicable taxes and after discounts have been applied.

Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only. Oversized, palletized, unusually heavy, or specially handled shipments may require a separate shipping quote.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited UPS shipping is available for an additional charge:

• UPS 2nd Day Air: $49.99
• UPS Next Day Air: $69.99

Expedited shipping charges replace the standard $12 shipping charge when selected.

Expedited shipping speeds apply to carrier transit time after the package has shipped. Selecting expedited shipping does not necessarily shorten the standard 1–3 business-day processing period.

UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air delivery times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays unless a special weekend-delivery service is arranged and paid for separately.

Transit Times

Estimated transit times begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Standard ground shipments generally arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Bird Cronin Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, service interruptions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Methods

Orders may be shipped through UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the destination, package size, and selected service.

Free standard shipping may be fulfilled using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS First-Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Flat-rate and free standard shipping offers apply only to the contiguous United States.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may incur additional shipping charges. If the shipping cost cannot be calculated during checkout, we will contact you with a shipping quote before processing the order.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select destinations. Contact us at orders@birdcronin.com for availability and a shipping quote.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, and other import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are not controlled or collected by Bird Cronin Inc. unless expressly stated during checkout.

APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses

Shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses may be available through USPS. Available shipping methods and delivery times depend on the destination and package restrictions.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Tracking activity may take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Delays

We make every reasonable effort to process and ship orders promptly. However, delays may occur because of severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, supply interruptions, warehouse conditions, staffing shortages, or other logistical circumstances outside our reasonable control.
